Hi! If for some reason you need to exchange your Poppy Hair for a different color, we will be happy to do that. However, to ensure that you and/or your client receive the correct shade, we offer Color Rings you can purchase that have a sample of every color that we carry. It is also very important to provide a proper consultation with your client prior to their installation appointment. This will ensure that you both are clear on what they are wanting and what they can expect. We are only able to exchange unopened extensions within 30 days from the original purchase date. .

WHY ARE POPPY HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?

Human Hair Extensions are considered a hygiene sensitive product, once the seal has been broken or the extensions have been taken out of their packaging, they will be exempt of return or exchange. Poppy Hair takes hygiene and public safety seriously and does not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extension supplies do not allow returns of opened items for the same hygiene reasons. Also, as part of the Consumer Protection Regulations Act 2000, certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because Poppy Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
